We recommend a sewer scope as part of the inspection.  If the scope is clean, that is a great asset to have available to prospective buyers.  If there are issues, you can address them before selling, or disclose the problem and provide a professional bid for how the problem can be remedied and how much that will cost.


Get the house into market-ready condition.  This means clearing out clutter, painting interior and exterior if needed, replacing worn carpet/flooring and cleaning up yard and surroundings.
