Steps to Successfully List Your Home

Your Job:

We recommend starting with a home inspection.  We feel transparency is key and knowing what you are selling is the first step to a smooth transaction with no surprises.  A home inspection will provide you with a list of to-dos to get your home ready for the market.

We recommend a sewer scope as part of the inspection.  If the scope is clean, that is a great asset to have available to prospective buyers.  If there are issues, you can address them before selling, or disclose the problem and provide a professional bid for how the problem can be remedied and how much that will cost.

Get the house into market-ready condition.  This means clearing out clutter, painting interior and exterior if needed, replacing worn carpet/flooring and cleaning up yard and surroundings.

Our Job:

Pricing is an art, but it is also a critical component to a successful sale.  We provide up to the minute market analysis as well as savvy strategizing to arrive at the best listing price for your home.

Our Promise:

We promise to provide you with top-notch service from 2 brokers for the price of one.  From the initial listing all the way through closing, we will be with you every step of the way, ensuring the smoothest transaction possible.
